Maria Gigliotti Piper is the proud owner of Nicrissa Properties. She is a second-generation real estate professional. In fact, Gigliotti Plaza, the home office for Nicrissa Properties, was the first building her father, Dominic Gigliotti, built back in 1988. Maria is committed to the continued growth of the business so that she can one day pass the legacy onto her children as it was passed onto her by her father.
Paula has worked in the commercial office/retail business since 2008, starting under the guidance of Dominic Gigliotti. In 2019, she moved to Nicrissa Properties and began working for Maria Gigliotti Piper. Paula handles the leasing, accounts payable/receivable, and the day-to-day operation of the business.
